FindForward
A place to discover jobs, develop résumés and career profiles, understand your strengths, and prepare for the next step.
Why I created this place
Looking for work can be difficult. It can test someone's patience, confidence, and belief that another opportunity is still out there.
I created FindForward because I wanted that experience to feel less lonely and more purposeful.
Rather than offering only a list of job openings, I wanted to build a place that helps people understand their strengths, create or improve professional profiles and résumés, explore opportunities, recognize skills they can develop, and keep track of their progress.
FindForward brings career discovery, guidance, and practical job-search tools together to help people make more informed decisions about their future.
I built it with a belief that means a great deal to me: where someone is today does not have to define where they can go tomorrow.
Sometimes a new beginning starts with finding the next possible step.
